Update from Cathy Mueller, VP of Client Experience

CHC week is a very busy time for Client Experience team.  We maximize the time clients are in Kansas City to host several groups.  Tuesday, October 6, we will meet with our Strategic CIO group, Tuesday afternoon is a CIO update, and Wednesday is our Client Care Council session.

Each time we meet with these client executives we provide them with a status of several documents that demonstrate value and partnership with Cerner:  their SET/METs, Service Profile, Benefits, Roadmap, Client Nerve Center Scorecard, if they have participated in a session in the past 12 months.  We also have 14 Client Nerve Center sessions scheduled with various clients, and several Service Reviews will be held, particularly for our clients from non-US geographies.  We like to take advantage of face-to-face meetings whenever we can.

All in all, a very busy and exciting time!
